Parent and me gymnastics class
Parent and Me is for kids who can walk till 3 years old. You and your child will learn the basics and fundamentals of gymnastics together. Class is 50 minutes. Class consists of a warm up stretch, cartwheels, round offs, forward rolls and back rolls, balance beam, trampoline, and play time in our toddler inflatable at the end of each class. Class times are Tuesday's at 5:30pm and Thursday's at 6pm. We also offer a trial class if you would like to come to one of these class times and try it out.
